I've tried to set a Sitewide Password, only for the password to not be accepted. I have now tried to remove the Sitewide Password, publish the website - and now there is still a password protection on the site. I've submitted a ticket that was closed in 25 minutes with zero reply from Adobe. Tech support on chat told me to wait 5-7 days for a reply. Hard to do when my ticket is closed. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution? Thanks so much for any insight.
