Adobe Portfolio: Verify email that has already been verified... What?

So for the past week I have been using Adobe Portfolio with no issue. All of a sudden when i was trying to update my published website (I have done this several times in the past) it said "Your email is not verified"

then says "To publish your site, please verify your email address. You can confirm and resend the verification email within your Adobe account: https://account.adobe.com/profile."

When I click on the link it takes me to my acount info and thats it. So I figured i just have to change the primary email and re verify it, it wont let me change it either. Is there way around the "Your email is not verified" on Adobe Portfolio?

I have already tried signing out and signing back in.*
