Adobe Portfolio 'Welcome Page' Problem

I have started creating a 'Portfolio' site (with a fair amount of content already created) and have an issue that arose after deciding I would prefer to have something other than a 'Collection' page as my 'Home Page'.

So, I went into the site editor and selected the '+' button to create a new page. Initially, I thought maybe a 'Welcome Page' might be a good choice, but after selecting/creating such a page, I realized it wasn't going to suit my needs.

No problem, I thought. Just delete that one and create a custom page. Except I can't seem to find a mechanism that provides the ability to delete the Welcome page. It doesn't show up in my list of  'Pages'.

Yet, I know it still exists because if I go into my 'Logo' customizations, the Welcome page exists in the available to the logo to be linked to.

Does anyone know how to delete such a pg...or where I might turn to find some assistance in doing so? I've scoured the 'Net looking for info on the topic and it seems none of the Pf 'Help' pages provide documentation beyond creating a Welcome Page.

If it makes any diff, the site is not 'Live' at this point. I am still in the process of adding content prior to publishing the site.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Portfolio is not supported on this site. You need the Portfolio site:

It is resolved for me. But it took someone from the Adobe Portfolio Help Center perform some activity from their end. It wasn't something I was able to correct myself.

Hi,

I'm wondering if you've figured this out - I'm having the same problem.

Thanks,

@rjWilner.

Sorry for the very late reply.

Welcome pages are single page websites and thus not considered part of the main site. The URL is different, too which makes them useful for press releases or a gallery event.

When you log-in below, you should see it listed.  Click the 3 dots icon and select Delete Site.

Hope that helps.
