File won't open. 'PNG, JPG, PSD'... all file and New Canbers won't open.
The error declaration did not pop up and did not respond after loading the cursor for a short time.

Do you have a paid subscription to Creative Cloud or do you have the free version? If you have the paid version, install Photoshop and use that to open your image files.
