backgrounds and design elements in Spark Post iOS

Does iOS app support backgrounds? How do I find them?
So I opened one of the templates, that used background (free moving) and when I clicked “replace” it opened the background library (see screenshot)
But when I create a new post, I don’t have access to the background library.
Does anyone have access to backgrounds or design elements on iOS app?
I cant wait until we do! I mostly use spark on my iPad Pro.
I checked, and my app is updated. I am subscribed to all Adobe products.
