I have some photos that I want to upload to behance in which people appear and their faces can be seen.... the question... can I upload them to behance? or do I have to pixelate their faces?

You should always obtain written permission from models BEFORE you publish their photos publicly. This goes for paid models, clients, friends, family or random people on the street.   And children must have written consent from and adult parent or legal guardian.  In most regions, it's a legal requirement to ensure children are not being exploited.

Below is the model release form used by Adobe Stock Contributors.

Hope that helps.
