Can download Individual files but not folders via assets.Adobe

Hello, a cilent gave me link via assets.adobe and it appears I cannot download folders, instead it seems i can only download Individual files within the folders, one at a time. The issue is there are over 1,000 files. Is there a reason I cannot download the Folders? Thanks.

if shift-click fails, it's an adobe limitation

Thanks. I thought that as well, however, I have folder with a single 2mb file inside & I cannot download that folder, it makes me go inside the folder and single download 1 file.

yes, you can't download folders.

I refuse to accept that answer. Haha. There has to be a way to sync the assets to my creative cloud account? Going one at a time isn't efficient at all, with over 2,700 files.

How do I cancel the Adobe Photo Storage Account? I am not using this account. I have 1500 unused credits, which I will lose, but I need to close the account now.
