So, I made a portfolio on my original account. Then after my subscription expired I needed a different account because I wanted to share an adobe account with another student for cost related reasons. I put so much effort into that portfolio and I also bought a domain name. Is it possible to move that portfolio to this account?

Absolutely NOT!  You're BOTH in violation of Adobe Terms of Use Agreement. Sharing is not allowed.

Get your own personal subscription.

Ask the Portfolio support team to move your old PF site to your new Adobe ID.
