I used to gave my adobe id password to my friend and recently he deleted all of my files. Is there any ways to recover them? They are very important to me

Hi Dijaydep,
Please check the online deleted folder. This is like an online recycle bin
Creative Cloud file storage and quota
You may be able to recover the files from there.
Best,
- Dave

This discussion started 3 years ago, so for anyone reading now...
>gave my adobe id password to my friend
Mistake 1 - never give your password to anyone
>and recently he deleted all of my files
Mistake 2 - always have files in AT LEAST 2 places
I use a Sata docking station and several 'bare' drives for backup

I am in Adobe Creative Cloud online (in Chrome) on an iMac. ALL my files had been mysteriously moved to the delete folder. Maybe because I have about 5 synced computers? But at least I finally found them, after a panicky moment. I am recovering them. What you do is either restore them individually or in batches of multiples files. Individually, look for the three horizontal dots to the lower right of each file (in icon view) when you mouse over. On a Mac, control-clicking the dot icon gives you the options to permanently delete or restore. Restore! The file will be moved to the Sync folder. Whew! Or, to do a batch at a time. check the square box at the upper left of each file icon when you mouse over. Then, there will be commands at the upper right of the browser window, to Permanetly Delete or Restore. I hope this helps others!
