Can't access Cloud Documents in Creative Cloud

Hi there,

 

I get a perpetual loading screen when I try to access Files -> Cloud Documents in Creative Cloud. I've tried logging in and logging out, restarting my browser, trying it in a different browser, etc. Is the service down?
