Can't access my expired account

I graduated college in April of 2023. I had access to Adobe through my school.  Once I graduated, I lost all access to my former accounts.  I created a new personal account and I cant login but the profile is still there .  How do I get access?  My old username is Nataliesherlock.

Am I able to just relink that accoount to a new one because I don't have contact with that professor?
