Can't connect to Adobe Cloud plus can't run Camera Raw through Bridge

Hi,

I can't run Camera Raw through Bridge and can't connect to Adobe Cloud, the icon is greyed out and I am getting a message: check your firewall and time settings. Yesterday everything was o.k., I have no firewall nor messed with time settings......

do you see both logos?

 

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
