Can't connect to Adobe Servers

Hello;

having issues connecting to adobe servers and running any of my apps. It's  keeps bringing me back to the renew subscription window.

I've tried various recommendations, disabling the firewall, using the repair too nothing has worked.

Windows 7 x64, and no issues up to this point. TLS 1.2 update's installed and enabled.
