Can't edit my own librarie in Creative Cloud and other apps. 'View only acces'

Hey everyone


Last month I created a library and shared it with my colleagues. Later I wanted to change and add things, but my access was refused. Currently all my apps say 'View only access'.

We're sorry about the trouble as you are unable to edit the library. Would you mind telling us that which platform are you using? What file types you are unable to edit? How did you share your libraries with your colleagues? Is it happening with one library or with other too? Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of the error message?

We're here to help; we just need some info.
