Can’t see all synced files on adobe.com

After losing a bunch of photos because of my confusion over how the cloud storage works, I did some testing on moving my photos through the cloud storage and syncing via LR Mobile. The Your Work section never shows any of my work. I can only see my synced photos at creativecloud.com under the Recents category. If I click All Items I’m sent back to the Your Work section where nothing shows. If I go to lightroom.com my photos appear there but if I delete one and go look in the Deleted Files folder in the Your Work section the deleted file is not there. I can’t figure out what is going on. Does anybody else have this issue?

Hi Don,

All files and photos stored both on Adobe Creative Cloud and Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom  count against your overall storage qouta but function separately.

The deleted files area on Adobe Creative Cloud  includes synced/uploaded files to Creative Cloud files (including XD), mobile projects but not Lightroom, Spark or Document Cloud files. There are links to some of these other areas from the Your Work page.

I agree it's confusing how they all work together. Hopefully Adobe will continue to make improvements to make usage more clear.

Sorry for the confusion, hope that helps,

- Dave

Thanks Dave. I finally figured out that must be the case. I never use the cloud storage and it all seems pretty half-baked and unintuitive. I followed bad online advice even though I know to never delete anything ever until you're sure the files are somewhere safe. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
