Can't share my folders on certain computers

I posted a question yesterday. It was answered by cmgap with another question. Could not reply to the question...no active link. Reply with gmail, but no answer. I know how to share folders with creative cloud. Some computers can open the files & folders (like my daughter who lives elswhere, but others can't open the files to view the videos and yes they are my folders. Maybe I will have to swithch to dropbox where I never had problems sharing files???
