Can't sync tablet to laptop

Since yesterday photoshop on my tablet seems to have problems syncing to my laptop. Every time I try it it says (on my tablet): (cloud documents) something is preventing it synching. At this point I feel like I've tried everything but nothing seems to work. I know there were sompe problems yesterday, but as far as I can see they're fixed. However I didn't see those problems within the EU. So now I'm wondering if more people are having this problem or if there is anything else I can try to have it working again?

Finnaly been able to share it to my laptop and delete and reinstall the app again. It seems tp be working again (it was the second time I tried it)
