can't ulpoad over 1 GB video files even on the deskdop version?

Hello, I have been trying to upload over 1 gb files to the could service with the desctop version.
How ever the system does not allow me  to do so.

I have been trying to fix this issue but so far nothing has been working.
Is the only real solution to cancel my Creative could subcription and move to something else?

Thanks! it seems that other people have been compalining about this for the past 7 years from 2015 and there is no plans to fix the issue! Seems like I need to change where I get my storage from 😕
