Cannot download brushes from Creative Cloud Library into Photoshop app on my iPad

In my Create Cloud Library I have added a brush set, but I cannot download it into my iPad's Photoshop or Fresco app. How can I do that?

That's how I've been trying to do it, using Safari.. What are the steps to download a brush set?

it automatically syncs with your desktop ps.  did you sync its library?

I don't have PS on my desktop.

then you can't sync your mobile app

Is the desktop version the same as the Creative Cloud version?
