Can anyone help. My CC constantly has to repair and every touch of the mouse produces the twirling colour wheel. 53 minutes spent on it last night with absolutely nothing produced. I'm paying for this and have lost so much work.

Yep this is what I get all the time. Moved on to somewhere else and no solution!!
So I've been upgraded to the Explorer. What is that for? Asking for help and getting absolutely none????
