Storing files to the Cloud is an option... you should always have your original files on your local hard drive and copies in the Cloud

I see two options... remove some files from the Cloud, or buy more storage

@Tonto54 - You are over your storage quota. You have a large number of files in your Archive at https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive. When you move or delete items from the Creative Cloud files folder on your computer the items go into your Archive. From a web browser you can Restore or Permanently Delete the items. If you need help with the Archive let us know.
