My CC desktop app is endlessly syncing on my Mac. The files sync normally but the app syncs forever and never reaches the green checkmark/sync complete stage like normal. I had a discussion via DM on Twitter with an Adobe support agent about this earlier today. He suggested i should post a thread here. A screenshot I provided him today is here as our my log files...in the ZIP at the link below.
Things that he had me try today are:
- clean tool to remove CC completely
- reinstall CC completely
- uninstall the CC desktop app
- resync entire contents of Creative Cloud files (twice)
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
