CC Storage Plan Upgrade

I upgraded my storage plan to 1TB on June 12, 2018.  When I display Files on the web the Library says they will be moved soon.  The rest of the files for LR and PS only show generic file icons on my Imac and Mac Book pro.  They do display on my Ipad Pro though.  How long does it take Adobe to move the file, etc to a new location? It's been almost a month now since the upgrade.
