CC warns that my storage is running out, but where are the files

Hope I am posting in the right place. I am getting warnings that I have used over 95GB of 100GB of my CC storage. However, the computer folder where I thought I kept all files stored on CC is 22GB.

Admit I rarely investigate the CC app, really just use the program software, but would be grateful if someone knows where I might find the other 70 or so GB of files so I could delete or move them.

Hmm, I'm slow, but think I figured it out. I have many many deleted files going back four years that need to be permanently deleted.
