CCXProcess 90% -100% CPU on my Macbook Pro after upgrade to Monterey version

This is running the fans constantly and draining my battery. I am running MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) with 16GB ram. I am version 12.01. Seems there is a similar post when Big Sur came a long. Anybody know how to fix this?
