I've been making an attempt to address a billing issue but I cannot fix it because I now live in a different country than my account was created in and Adobe has made it impossible to do this without a desktop computer. Help desk is a nightmare of circular links and the supposed chat tool is not available for mobile. I've found the phone numbers post, but I absolutely hate phone support and I don't intend to sit on hold for hours on end for something I should be able to do in a few seconds through a browser. Is there just some form or email I can send the request to or...?
