Hi,

I subscribed to an adobe plan that included all the apps with 100 GB of storage data. However, I thought of switching to a photography plan with 1 Tb of storage data. Only then I realized it didn't include premier pro.

I have an ongoing project at Premier pro and now I don't have access to it.

Is there any way I can include premier pro in my current plan?

Will my project be removed from premiere pro account ?

If not please help me switch back to my previous subscription since the project is somewhat important to me.

Thank you.

you can have a plan that includes the photography plan/1tb (~$20/mo) + a single app (premiere ~$21/mo) for ~41/mo.

ie, if you already changed from your previous to the photography plan, add premiere to your plan.

if you have any problem doing that, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

No, you will keep access to your data (except cloud data, if you switch to a plan with lesser space) when you cancel a plan. You just do not have access to the applications any more. Cloud data may or may not be used by you depending on how the project is constituted.

You can also take an additional single app Premiere plan for the month, if it is just to finish your project and then to forget about Premiere. It's pricier, but can be cancelled at each end of your subscription month, without early termination fee.

Optionally, you could buy Premiere Elements (no subscrption needed). It lacks the bells & whistles and steep learning curve of Premiere Pro but it's a very decent video editor with an affordable price.

...but you won't be able to open projects created in Premiere Pro.
