My creative cloud don't sync files and show this error message.
Can't find the solution.
reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:Win: Ctrl + Alt + RMac: Cmd + Opt + R
I have the same error, please anyone knows a solution?

Yes, it doesn't work for me. I tried a lot of solutions but no success.
i don't know how many days you've been dealing with that, but assuming it's been a few days and assuming everything (eg, your cc app) is updated etc, you have a corrupted file blocking your sync.
