Cloud Folders and Local Foders not in SYNC

Hi

Adobe CC on MAC OS, on latest versions (computers with diff. versions)

We are having strange problems with CC Sync.

Files and Folders are disappearing from Local Sync Folder without User intervention, but the Folders and Files are all still in the Cloud (accessible via WEB).
No one Left the Shares, the Folders weren't deleted (otherwise would be gone from Cloud,...)
Is seems that the Local DB is corrupted and the Local Sync Agent gets crazy and moves Local Folders to the Recycle Bin.
Anyone with the same issue? Any ideas?

Thanks to you all.

Regards

Hi @JPSAdd ,

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please help us with the Operating system details of your Mac.

You might face issues syncing your files on macOS Ventura if you've turned off the Adobe Creative Cloud login item in your Mac's System Settings. Turning this option off closes the Adobe processes required to sync your files. Learn how to enable the Adobe Creative Cloud login item. Once you've enabled it back on, your files start syncing again.

Could you please check and let me know if this helps. Also please check the folder location if it is correct in the Creative Cloud Desktop application:

  • Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Select the   icon in your Windows taskbar or the macOS menu bar.)
  • Go to Cloud activity icon  in the upper right, and then select the gear icon to open preferences.
  • Select the edit icon to change the folder location and check the folder location.

Please let know how it goes.

Thank you,

Neelam
