I agree with Kglad

There is no way to work completely in the cloud without files being saved locally. If you don't use the sync feature (which keeps both files on your hard drive and in the cloud storage synchronized) you could upload to the cloud storage then delete them from your hard drive.

Such unhelpful correct answer. Perhaps they never heard of Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive or other cloud storage that enables us to store only the online version.

Adobe CC storage does not have that feature yet, so all your online files will be sync between PC and cloud which may not everybody would want. Like I mentioned above, it should have online only/free disk space feature where we can selectively decide which one is synced into local drive or keep it online-only. This is useful when we don't need finished projects to be stored in our local drive, so we can have extra space there.

I hope Adobe CC have this feature.

@hekselsior

the question was about creative cloud file storage, not onedrive, google drive etc, so the answer is correct.

also, this is a user-to-user forum.

for applicable apps, you can make (some) suggestions to adobe here, https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html

for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Thanks for pointing out the suggestion forums, because I am looking for it.

There's some feedback on this matter with hundreds of vote (and +1 by me), but I am pessimistic because the feedback had been submitted in 2017 and still no update whatsoever.

Still for me that is not a correct answer, even this does not need a correct answer at all because the solution is nonexistent at the moment.

Thanks for the article, and I understand those risk and potential disasters of data error or stolen. But still, that doesn't change the fact that Adobe Cloud cannot do selective sync, LOL.
