Hi,
I have a business account, only using 8 GB out of 1 TB of cloud storage:
Creative Cloud Files - I was working yesterday on my laptop on some files stored on the cloud. Today I'm working on the same laptop, but the files in the folders aren't the latest version of my documents, they were saved 4 hours before I finished. All my working files miss the last 4 hours of work. Also, there is a PDF I created when I was done and it keeps showing up and then disappearing from the folder. It's there, 20 min later it's gone, and later it is there again. I also saved some PDFs and renamed them, but they show their former name now. Some files I deleted are back in the folder. Basically, I lost 4 hours of work; the Cloud Files folder overwrote my working files with previous versions of them on my own laptop storage, as I'm working on the same laptop as yesterday, so no sync was required.
I know Creative Cloud Files is going to be discontinued, but in October for business accounts, not now. It's not even the deadline for personal accounts yet.
Fresco - Adobe logged me out of my account on my iPad, and when I logged in again all my files were gone.
I'm very disappointed, if Fresco lost all my files, how am I going to trust autosave when Cloud Files is discontinued? Can I recover my Fresco files?
Thanks.

Hi,
Why can't I work on any of the photoshop files I created and saved on my hard disk before today? It's a really distressing situation.

local cc sync folder syncing is going to be discontinued. those files are saved on your local computer and then synced to adobe's cloud service. ie, if you save a new version, it's saved to your computer and then syncs to cloud, not save local and then cloud syncs to local.
