I hope someone can help me. I started saving my documents to the creative cloud recently because it tried to convince me by saying it would be much safer. I had to switch from my personal to business account of my profile and the documents did not sync but I could still access the cloud documents of my personal account. However, the only important file I had saved on there has just disappeared... It was a lot of hours of work and the Adobe help and virtual assistent were of no help so my hope is that someone here might know where the lost document (illustrator document by the way) has gone to and if in some way I can get it back...

Thanks in advance!

I hope you find the file.  I know it doesn't help you now, but please see Schofield's Second Law:
