Cloud states I am not connected to the Internet when I am!

I rise at 3 AM and up till now have had no probably opening Bridge. Lately, although I am clearly connected to the Internet, Cloud states I am not and I have no access to Bridge which I use to open my oldest photographs in RAW. I thought there was 24 hour access. Is Adobe doing maintenance early in the day? I can open them in PS but obviously I want to edit them as much as possible in RAW. 

 

Maddening.
