Hi,
first i have to say that having a fake "contact" button on the adobe website is really frustating (really, i am on the edge of thrwoing my computer on the wall).
Shows already how commited the company is in providing support to paying customers.
My cloud has no documents under none of the links and still has 70GB occupied.
(Yes, i am logged with the Businessprofil)

and the support team apperently doesnt believe me. (case ADB-25212391-F0N7)

The problem still persists and i can´t get any official support. I am greatly disapointed with Adobe,one of the worst Support i have ever seen.
