Our team of 4 are now all homeworking and using our Adobe cloud for storing and sharing files. We have 1TB of space each and I'm using 3.3GB of mine. Whenever I add a project folder to the cloud, I can see the native files using my desktop shortcut, yet my colleagues can't. Every packaged file is there BUT the native one. When I open their project folders, I can see everything but the native file. I can only see the files if I access the cloud through the web based version, which isn't ideal for quickly navigating files.
Why is this just happening to my cloud and not theirs? It's really frustrating.
