Cloud won't sync - says its full

Hi, for some reason, my 100Gb cloud storage is saying it is full and that i need to ugrade, but thre is nothing in it - I have actually emptied it in an attempt ot see whats going on but it is still staying its full.

 

anyone know whats going on here?

Amazing, thank you! Do you possibly know how to 'select all' in this deleted folder? It is literally full of thousands of files and only allowing me to select them one by one...
