¿Como puedo cancelar el plan sin que me cobren?

Me encuentro en una situacion economica dificil, soy de mexico tengo 17 años, mi padre esta sin trabajo y mi trabajo no es lo suficiente para ayudar a mantener a mi familia, y se me hace muy pesado seguir pagando el plan, el plan fue de un año, lo quiero cancelar pero me cobran 1500 mxn, y no los tengo en mano, ¿alguien podria decirme que puedo hacer?
