Comp on the iPad not sending to Desktop

Hi,

I have been trying to send my comp files to InDesign with no luck. It does not even come up as sent but only continues to think for a long time (over an hour) then usually cancels out. 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the creative cloud on the desktop and iPad along with also uninstalling comp and reinstalling.

I have checked the accounts are logged in under the same and do not have an issue with sending files to the creative cloud. The issue is only occuring from sending Comp and not any of the other apps (illustrator draw transfers fine to Photoshop etc). I have read similar threads with no actions that remedy the issue.
