Connexion impossible

Bonjour, 

j'utilise le cloud pour stocker mes fichiers. Quand je vais sur le Cloud web, j'ai le message suivant :

"Vous êtes déconnecté

Vous utilisez des fichiers locaux ?
Sélectionnez l’icône d'Accueil dans l’application Creative Cloud pour les voir
".
Je ne vois pas d'icône d'accueil dans l'app... et du coup je ne peux plus ajouter/supprimer des dossiers de mon drive.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind telling us the version of the Creative Cloud Desktop App and the operating system you're using? Please ensure you're using the updated version of the application and the operating system. Also, make sure you have a stable internet connection.

 

Could you please click on the cloud icon from the app where you can see the syncing status & share the screenshot of what you see there?

 

We're here to help, just need some info.
