Hi,
I get a 502 error when I open Creative Cloud and go to the "Apps" tab.
"Download error. Unable to reach Adobe servers. Check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, and then try again. (502)".
I'm trying to uninstall my Adobe apps for various reasons. When I try Settings > Apps & Features > (Illustrator/Photoshop) > Uninstall it opens up Creative Cloud but I cannot see the apps. Interestingly, the in-app updates for Acrobat DC were stuck at 9% as well, which could be a related issue?
I've tried disconnecting from my VPN and turned off all Firewall protection then run Creative Cloud as admin but it still won't list the apps. I am connected to the internet.
Windows 10 Home, 21H2, 19044.1526, Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0
Creative Cloud 4.2.0.211
Thanks

adobe recently increased their requirements for browser security, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html
if that's not the problem and if you have a non-current os, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html#sa_src=web-messaging000
otherwise, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
do you see both logos? if you can and still see a connection error try these steps, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html
if those all fail, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
