Creative Cloud Comments disappear after moving files

I have a creative cloud account in which I store all my Illustrator files.
Most of them are saved as Illustrator PDF so my colleagues may make comments and reviews.
However, I've just come to notice that after moving a commented file to a new folder, all the comments disappear. I have been very careful to save new versions after making any changes so that I don't loose the comments. I don't understand why this error is happening.

We are sorry for your difficulties as you are unable to view the comments from the Illustrator PDF file. Could you please let us know where did you move the commented file to?

Also, let us know the version of the Creative Cloud App. Is it with the one application or does any other application also have the same issue?

 

Have you tried choosing a comment that you can see, and then tried "Make Properties Default"?

Also check the "Text Box Properties"  if your comment text color got set to white, or if the opacity of your text box got set to 0%.

Hello Neelam.

Thank you for your time.
My files are inside the "Creative Cloud Files" folder, I just moved them to a different folder inside that one.
My Creative Cloud Desktop App is V5.6.5.58.
Since my colleagues just make comments and don't have access to edit the files ( only I have an Illustrator license), I can only see the comments on the web viewer of the Creative Cloud.

All the comments disappeared, there are none left. The only way for me to see the information written on them is to read my notification emails.
If there's a chance to schedule a call, I can reproduce the issue for you, it might be easier.
