Creative Cloud doesn't sync on slower wifi

Hi, I have a problem with Creative Cloud syncing. It worked normally in the office where there is a fast wifi connection, but it doesn't work at all at home using 2 mbs wifi upload. I can leave it on for the whole night and not even a single file syncs. Both Onedrive and iCloud work without problems.

Always this one from the link you sent: If the issue still persists, restart your device. Then try syncing your files again.

that sounds like there's something on your computer blocking syncing that needs to be stopped or reset (by restarting your computer).

what that is, i do not know.
