CREATIVE CLOUD DOESNT LET ME LOG OFF OR LOG ON

My account was cancelled because of my university so I have to change it, but I cant change accounts because creative cloud keeps telling me I've been signed out and that I have to sign in again but it doesnt let me, I have uninstalled and installed multiple times and the only forum I found that could help me doesnt work because my adobe creative cloud files that I am supposed to remove or change doesnt exist, please somebody help I dont wanna have to reset my computer.
