I have been dealing with this issue for over two years. This is my second complaint on BBB to get this issue resolved. Below is the last complaint on BBB. I will update this thread with as much documentation that I can find and recal.
"This is my second complaint for the same issue. I am sooooooo tired of having to explain myself over and over again for the last two and half years. The issue is still NOT RESOLVED! Read the notes that you have on my account.
- Two days ago I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. It was NOT resolved over the phone. I received an email on the remaining steps that I HAD TO COMPLETE. This still did not resolve the issue.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled CS multiple times. I have deleted old files and renamed files as .old. I have been dealing with the same issue for over two years now. It's still not resolved. Please contact me asap. I have never missed a payment yet have dealt with this SAME issue for over two years. You are giving me customer service people who do not understand how to fix this issue. They all do the same thing and uninstall, clean and wipe my files and re-install CS yet I am still dealing with the SAME ISSUE. I has not gone away.
I have been receiving this error for over two years. It crashes the other programs I use, I lose all my data in those programs and I must restart my computer to get the other programs to run again. It is the SAME ISSUE I have dealt with for over two years."

Options: File Sync, Collaboration, Libraries, Cloud storage web assets.
...What? none of these options are remotely related to my issue. Why is this so wrong? Why is Adobe program AI so good but the website is so pathetic?

- Now I can't post because the HTML I have listed, apart of Adobe's error, is "INVALID". Lol, Adobe doesn't even know themselves.
1. these are user-to-user forums. ie, we don't have access to any notes on your account.
2. it's not clear whether the issue is never resolved, or it is resolved and then returns. if the issue is resolved with cleaning etc and then returns, something on your computer (eg, av, antimalware, system cleaners, defraggers etc) is corrupting adobe files and causing the problems.
