creative cloud folder nit showing inside files on iphone

Hi! I am using iphone IOS 15.2 and suddenly my creative cloud folder disappeared from the files folder on iphone. I downloaded latest creative cloud , logged in but i still can't see them inside files, mayb that's why when i try to add audio inside aero,i navigate to the file but it looks grayed out. I would really appreciate your help as i spent kast 3hours trying endlessly .thanks!

Hi Plixy,

It sounds like the option for Creative Cloud got disabled in Locations. To enable it you'll want to go to the browse section and then click the circle with three dots in the top right and select Edit. This should open a screen to enable/disable third party cloud storage options. Similar to what is shown in this article but Creative Cloud should be in the list
