Creative Cloud Libraries not syncing to iPad

Spent an inordinate amount of time with customer support troubleshooting this only to be told today they don't offer support for mobile apps, so I was sent here instead. Let's see if this works!

For a number of years now I have been creating Creative Cloud Libraries for my business clients (the usual stuff: logos, colour swatches, photography, iconography, Adobe Stock assets, etc.). These libraries are shared with my team, so everyone has access to the one source of truth for all of these assets. It works mostly fine on desktop across apps (InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects), but when logging into the same (business) profile on my iPad, my CC libraries don't show up (I replicated this in Fresco, Illustrator and Photoshop). This means I effectively cannot do client work on iPad without copying versions of all the assets I need locally, basically rendering Creative Cloud Libraries nearly useless.

What's interesting is that my personal creative libraries show up fine, and if I copy my team ones to my personal profile, they are indeed there. The problem is that I need my shared business assets accessible, my personal profile doesn't do me any good in this case.

Tried logging out a number of times, uninstalling apps, the whole thing. I'm running the latest versions of both iPadOS and my Adobe apps.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Thanks 🙂
