I have a personal Adobe account which is recently added to Adobe for Teams account for work. When I checked my libraries, the assets/projects are gone. I thought this could be because I was signed in to the wrong profile, but I was NOT THE CASE because two public libraries I saved on my personal profile are still there, as well as my old personal cloud documents, but not my library files. They're just gone, not even on deleted files etc. I need a way to recover them.
What likely happened was it is gone because I shared it with my other work account. When that account was closed, so did the libraries we shared - even the assets I contributed. I personally think this is a wild way to handle shared cloud features but it is what it is, can't be helped they made it this way. Every now and then you come across problems with how this company handle their services, and all those times you just have to deal with it.

Thank you. but these neither address or help my problem. my cloud documents are still there, but what's missing are my assets saved from stocks and assets I added to my library (graphics, colors, templates, music etc.) while using apps like photoshop and illustrator. I appreciate the reply though.
