creative cloud not sync-ing!

new to creative cloud, i haven't figured out why our mac and pc will not sync our creative cloud account. if i organize some folders on my pc, the mac will not show the changes. any ideas why?

These seems an obvious questions but are you logged into the two computers with the same Adobe ID?, do both machines have internet connection?
