Creative cloud problems

Can I run Photoshop and lightroom without having Creative cloud installed?

Creative cloud is extremely slow running in spite of a very fast internet connection, causing delays and Interfering with my work.

Also I do not want my work stored in the cloud for security reasons.

yes, you can contact adobe support for direct download links if you have a subscription.
