Creative cloud refuse de s’ouvrir

Bonjour 

j'ai installé le créative cloud mais malgré une installation assez facile le creative cloud refuse de s'ouvrir.

Il est systématiquement noté «creative cloud met un temps anormalement long veuillez réessayer » donc je ressaie et après plusieurs essai le logiciel propose de réparer ce que j accepte mais ca reste toujours au même points.

Impossible de profiter d'aucune appli sans le creative cloud.

J'essaie de contacter le service client mais pareil ça semble mission impossible.

Et pour annuler mon abonnement on me demande un paiement anticipé pour les 11 mois restants.

Est ce que quelqu un a une piste ?

Quarda, the inability to open the Creative Cloud desktop app and unable to contact our support team are probably related. To utilize an individual Creative Cloud membership, the computer will need access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.
